Dear customer
• Read this user manual before using the product. It will help you to use and maintain it properly and
extend its life.
• Save the user manual for later use if this should become necessary and ensure that the instructions
are followed if the product changes hands.
This user manual contains safety instructions, operating instructions, installation instructions and
troubleshooting tips, etc.
Before calling for service:
• Review the troubleshooting tips section. This will help you solve some of the most common
problems yourself.
• If you cannot solve the problems yourself, call for help from professional technicians.
When you call:
Please state the full reference of the device (model, type, serial number). This information is on the
rating plate attached to the appliance. It can be placed inside the produkt, on the side or on the back.
You must state where and which retailer the product was purchased from, as well as the date of
purchase.
Unauthorized calling of technical service:
Please chech the section for troubleshooting before service is called. If the demand for rectification is
unjustified, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the costs associated with calling for service.
Right of complaint for commercial use:
Commercial purchases are any purchase of products that are not to be used in a private household, but
are used for business or business-like purposes (restaurant, café, canteen, etc.) or are used for rental or
other use that includes several users.
The complaint deadline covers only brand new products. The complaint period is valid according to the
legislation from the date of purchase, when a receipt, bill or equivalent is presented, from which the
date of purchase appears. The right to complain only covers defects in material or workmanship.
The right to complain does not include:
• Normal wear and tear, failure or damage caused directly or indirectly as a result of overload,
mishandling, abuse, careless handling, inadequate maintenance, damage caused by non-
observance of the user manual, incorrect installation, installation and connection, voltage

technicians.
• Compensation for any consequential damage, including damage to other objects, loss of operation,

Transport damage that is detected at the time of the dealer's delivery to the customer is primarily a
matter between the customer and the dealer. In cases where the customer himself has been
responsible for the transport of the product, the supplier assumes no obligations in connection with any
transport damage. Possible transport damage must be reported immediately and no later than 24
hours after the item has been delivered. Otherwise, the customer's claim may be rejected.
