6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the product prior to cleaning it. If dust accumulates it will affect the performance of the
product, it is recommended to clean the product at least once a month.
1. Turn off the product and unplug from socket.
2. Use a Soft damp cloth wipe the surface, avoid using detergent, spray or chemicals to avoid
damage to the appliance.
Product Cleaning
1. Clean the surface of the appliance with a damp cloth, avoid direct contact of water.
2. Do not use any detergent, spray or chemicals to clean the appliance.
3. Turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning, in order to avoid electrical shock.
Product Storage
1. When the product is not use for an extended period of time, please unplug the machine.
Store machine in enclosed space to prevent dust from building up.
2. After packaging please store fan in a dry and cool area.
Product Repair
If the fan does not oscilate, emits odd odours or performs odd occurances. Please disconnect power
immediately and contact after customer service and repair centre.
CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE
When the appliance is not working well or with an abnormal atmosphere, unplug the USB cable or
turn off the unit directly.
Always use original spare parts.
When contacting our Authorised Service Centre, ensure that you have the following data available:
Model and Serial Number.
