To save energy, setting the knob to the "coldest" position is recommended only in special cases (for quick
freezing or ice making).
Food storage times
• If the temperature setting recommendations are followed, the maximum food storage time in the
refrigeration compartment is 3 days.
• If the temperature setting recommendations are followed, the maximum shelf life of food in the
freezer compartment is 1 month.
• The maximum food storage time may be reduced if other settings are used.
