9. Application with hydraulic spindle
• Before use, ensure that pressure piece is in its
starting position in the hydraulic cylinder.
• Screw in hydraulic cylinder from the buttom into
the puller‘s crosspiece until the hydraulic cylinder
protrudes from the crosspiece.
Functioning:
• Place puller in position and pre‑tension hydraulic
body by using a wrench.

. Max. stroke of the pressure piece in the
cylinder is 12 mm. Pull off completely loosened
workpiece by turning the hydraulic cylinder.
• After use, turn back pressure spindle in its initial
position. Push pressure piece into hydraulic
cylinder.
• Please see table for wrench sizes and for
pressure force.
Do not apply force.
Do not use an impact wrench.
Do not apply more than 30 Nm!
• Security shear pin prevents overcharge
10. Storage
The tool has to be stored according to the
following conditions:
• Do not store the tool set outdoors.
• Keep tool set in a dry and dust‑free place.
• Do not expose the tool set to liquids and
aggressive substances.
• Storage temperature: ‑10 up to +45°C.
• Relative air humidity: max. 65%.
11. Maintenance and Cleaning
• Do not let fall down. Do not expose to impacts or
liquids as they might impair the functional
efficiency and damage the tool.
• It is important to clean the puller‘s threads
regularly and to keep them always well oiled.
Exchange of security shear pin
• Remove hexagon head and the residues of the
security shear pin, refit hexagon head, align holes
and drive in new shear pin with non‑grooved
side.
