ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Check that all fasteners are secure.
Check engine stop lever operation: Operate the engine
stop lever several times. Ensure that the cable moves freely
and that the lever returns automatically to the engine stop
position when released.
Check throttle lever operation: Operate the throttle lever
several times and ensure that the cable moves freely whilst
operating the engine throttle mechanism. Slight resistance
should be felt when the lever moves to the ‘choke’ position.

Check clutch lever operation: Operate the clutch lever
several times and ensure that the cable moves freely.
