ViewnderSignal

This indicator located under the left edge of the focus-

ingscreendisplaystwodierentsignals,bothshown

in a red glowing light. The indicator is only in operation

whenthecameraisusedwithashadaptersSCA390

or 590 and a ash unit that conforms to the corre-

sponding System SCA 300 or 500.

Ready Signal

A steady red light indicates that the ash unit is

chargedandreadytobered.

Result Signal

Ablinkingredlightthatoccursforjustoverasecond

afterexposureindicatesthattheashhasemittedthe

right amount of light for a correct exposure. After the

blinking signal, the indicator returns to the ready signal

whentheashunitisonceagainfullyrecharged.

No Result Signal

This indicates that the ash emitted was not su-

cient for correct exposure. The aperture must then be

openedortheashdistancetothesubjectmustbe

reduced.Changingtoafasterlmisalsoapossibility.

The Ready Signal will appear after a short but vari-

able length of time depending on the condition of the

batteries.
