tergent residues.

tain detergents may ap-
pear as white spots on
your laundry.
Perform an additional rinse step or clean your
laundry with a brush after drying.
Gray dots on the
laundry.
This is unwashed oil,
cream or ointment on
your laundry.
For the next laundry, follow the instructions on
the package for the quantity of detergent.
The laundry is not
spun or is spin-
ning later than ex-
pected.
No error. The uneven
loading control system
has been activated.
The uneven loading control system attempts
to distribute your laundry. Your laundry will be
spun as soon as it is evenly distributed.
Evenly feed the laundry into the drum the next
time.

E01 The appliance door is
not closed properly.
A clicking sound indicates that the appliance
door is properly closed.
If the appliance still shows the fault, turn it off
immediately, remove the mains plug from the
socket and contact our service.
E02 Water pressure or water
level in the appliance is
too low.
Check that the tap is fully turned on and that
the water supply is not cut off. If the appliance
still shows the fault, turn it off immediately, re-
move the mains plug from the socket and con-
tact our service.
E03 The pump is faulty, or
the lint trap is blocked, or
the electrical connection
of the pump is faulty.
Clean the lint trap. If the appliance still shows
the fault, turn it off immediately, remove the
mains plug from the socket and contact our
service.
E04 There is too much water
in the appliance.
The appliance pumps water automatically.
Turn off the power and remove the mains plug
from the socket once the water has been
pumped out. If the appliance still shows the
fault, turn it off immediately, remove the mains
plug from the socket and contact our service.
