Standard cycles
You can change the selected cycle’s
standard values in order to further ad-
just them to your kind of laundry. See
table “Cycle adjustments”.

2. Press the button (6).
The cycle starts as soon as the appliance
has determined the amount of laundry
(approx. 1 min.).
The display (3) shows
– the cycle’s progress (14)
– the indicator
(23) to show that the
appliance door is locked
– the remaining term of the cycle.
Interrupting and continuing
the cycle
We recommend only interrupting the
cycle for a brief period. Otherwise, the
suds will cool down and this will nega-
tively impact the washing result.
• To interrupt a cycle, press the
button (6).
The indicator for the remaining time will
flash during the interruption.
• To continue a cycle, press the button
again.
Adding laundry
CAUTION
Risk of burns!
The appliance door may become hot
during operation.
■ Do not touch the appliance door dur-
ing operation.
Risk of scalding!
Improper handling of the appliance
can lead to scalding caused by hot suds.
■ Never open the appliance door with
force.
This function is only available at the begin-
ning of a cycle, as long as the level of the
wash water does not rise above the edge of
the appliance door.
1. Press the
button (6) until the indicator in
the display (3) goes out (at least 3 seconds).
The appliance door is now unlocked. The
drum has come to a stop.
2. Open the appliance door, place the laun-
dry items and close the appliance door.
3. Press the
button to continue the course
of the cycle.
