Troubleshooting table
Malfunctions can occur in any electrical appliance. This does not necessarily mean that
there is a defect in the appliance. Therefore, please check whether or not you can correct
the fault using the table.

Never try to repair the appliance yourself. This could endanger yourself and sub-
sequent users. Only authorised specialists may carry out such repairs.
Problem Possible solution
Fan does not run. This is not a malfunction. If you have selec-
ted a heating method with fan operation, this
will ensure the heat is evenly spread around
the oven interior. It will switch itself on and off
for this purpose.
The external cooling fan does not run per-
manently.

on and off during the cooking process as re-
quired.
External cooling fan keeps running. This is not a malfunction. The external cool-
ing fan will run for a while to cool off the in-
side of the oven and then shut off automatic-
ally.
The external cooling fan is not working; no air
released from the air locks and front panel is
very hot.
Switch on the oven light only – if there is no
fan noise and air is being released, the fan is
defective.
