1. In standby mode, press the Settings
button.
2. Press the
button on the function
wheel (10).
3. Set the number of hours using the func-
tion wheel.
4. To confirm the hour setting, press the
button.
5. Set the number of minutes using the
function wheel.
6. To confirm the number of minutes,
press the
button.
Setting the clock is now complete.
Switching the oven on/off
Once the power supply is established, the
oven is in standby mode. In order to
– switch the oven on, press the
button
(12).
The display will show the current func-
tion and the standard temperature.
– switch the oven to standby mode, press
the
button again.
The oven is again in standby mode.
To turn off the oven completely, you must
pull the mains plug out of the socket or
switch off the relevant circuits.
The opening of the oven door has
no influence on the operation of the
oven, unless the oven operates with
a start time delay. In this case, the
oven stops heating as soon as the
door is opened and continues heat-
ing as soon as the door is closed
again.
Selecting functions and starting
operation
CAUTION
Risk of burns!
Heating elements, walls, baking trays,
etc. become very hot during operation
and can cause burns.

Keep small children away.
n
Avoid direct contact.
n
Only touch the oven door by the
handle.
n
Hot steam flows out of the vapour ex-
tractor during oven operation. Be care-
ful also when opening the oven door!
CAUTION
Fire hazard!
Improper handling can lead to a fire in the
oven.
n
Never leave the oven unattended
while grilling!
n
Fatty foods can catch fire.
n
Do not cover cakes or roasts with bak-
ing parchment during cooking.
n
Do not allow food, baking parchment
and aluminium foil to come into con-
tact with the heating elements.
n
Do not store temperature-sensitive,
combustible or flammable objects in
the oven.
n
Do not leave the oven unattended
while cooking food in oil and grease or
with alcohol. Food may ignite itself.
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
Pent-up heat can damage the oven’s
enamel.
n
If you wish to place dishes directly on
the bottom of the cooking compart-
ment, the oven temperature must not
exceed 50 °C. Be careful when hand-
ling cookware – the enamel can be
easily scratched.
1. In standby mode, press the Grill, Con-
vection air or Airfry button to select the
desired mode.
2. Rotate the function wheel (10) to select
the function/heating mode.
3. Press the button
to start the function.
