– Vinegar is good for removing lime
stains.
Hard, baked-on dirt
– Stubborn dirt is best removed after cool-
ing with a blade scraper (not included in
package contents).
– You will also find special cleaning clean-
ers in specialist shops.
Finally, wipe the surface with a damp
cloth.
– Treat the hob with a special care
product after cleaning.
Removing sugar or starchy food particles,
synthetic materials or aluminium foil
NOTICE
Risk of damage to property!
Improper handling of the appliance may
result in damage.

Immediately remove sugar or starchy
food particles and residues of plastics
or aluminium foil. Otherwise, these
may cause permanent and irreparable
damage to the hob.
– Put protection on your hands before
cleaning, for example, oven mitts to pro-
tect against burns. Then remove the dirt
with a scraper (not included in package
contents).
– Once the hob has cooled down, you can
remove residues using a specially de-
signed cleaning product which is avail-
able from specialist shops.
– Treat the hob with a special care
product after cleaning.
Replacing the oven lighting
bulb
WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
Improper replacing of the oven light bulb
may cause electric shock which can lead
to serious injury or even death.

Before replacing the oven bulb, be
sure to switch off the circuit breaker or
unscrew fuses.
CAUTION
Risk of burns!
The cooking compartment can remain hot
a long time after it has been switched off.
As a result, there is a risk of being burnt
when touching the cooking compartment
walls or heating unit.

Change the oven light bulb only once
the oven has cooled off completely.
For oven lighting you need a heat-resistant
halogen lamp type 220–240 V~, 25–40 W,
G9, T 300 °C/T 350 °C.
1. Switch off the circuit breakers or un-
screw fuses.
2. Place a soft cloth in the cooled cooking
compartment in the event that the glass
cover or the bulb falls off.

3. Unscrew the glass cover (29) anticlock-
wise and remove it.
4. Carefully pull the defective bulb (30) out
of the socket and replace it with a new
one of the same type.
