switch off the applicable electric circuit.

impact on the oven’s operation.
The oven will continue to heat.
Functions/heating methods
Available functions
The oven is equipped with the following
functions (heating methods):
Oven lighting
Top and bottom heat
With top and bottom heat, the tem-
perature is more intense from the top
or bottom, depending on the shelf
height. Baking and roasting is only
possible on one shelf level.
Top and bottom heat with circulating
air
This type of heating is well suited for
baking on several sheets simultan-
eously. The heat is generated by the
top and bottom heaters and is evenly
distributed by the fan.
Half grill
With this function only the inner half
of the upper heating element is used.
It is suitable for cooking small por-
tions of food.
Intensive grill
In contrast to half grill, the entire
heating element is used here. The
higher temperature in the upper part
of the oven leads to a stronger
browning, suitable for medium and
large portions.
Grill and circulating air
With this setting, the heat of the up-
per heating element is well distrib-
uted. It is well suited for cooking food
that needs to be browned quickly,
such as steaks, hamburgers, and
some types of vegetables.
ECO
Energy-saving grill mode
This function uses the outer portion
of the upper and lower heating ele-
ments. This makes grilling more en-
ergy-saving and increases the heat in
the oven more slowly. It is suitable for
large pieces of food.
