THE FAULT INDICATOR LIGHTS

The appliance features an alert system that indicates ERROR CODES on the display to help locate
minor operating faults and identify their cause. The ERROR CODES help locate and determine the
cause.
Detected errors are indicated as shown in the following table:
While signalling an error washing machine also beeps
(if active).

E02 No water supply at inlet Check that the water tap is open Is the water supply turned off? Is
the water supply hose or water supply valve filter clogged? Is the
water supply hose to the washing machine frozen? In this case,
contact the service centre for repair.
E03 Water does not drain
properly
Clean the pump filter.
Check whether the drain hose is bent or kinked, twisted or clogged?
If the fault persists, contact the service centre for repair.
U4 Door lock failure Close the door again and then press the START/PAUSE button to
restart the programme.
If the fault persists, contact the service centre for repair.
h The temperature in the
drum is high
Press the START/PAUSE button to stop the washing machine and
wait a few minutes. When the temperature in the drum has cooled
down to the safe level and the error code on the display disappears,
press the START/PAUSE button to resume the programme.
EXX Other faults Turn the washing programme selector knob to the "OFF" position to
turn off the power. Unplug the power cord and contact the service
centre for repair as soon as possible.
