Bowl Scraper Tips
The Bowl Scraper can be used with Flat Beater or Dough Hook. It replaces having to stop and scrape down sides of Bowl
when mixing.
• For best results, use from start of a recipe through to finish.
• After adding ingredients, rotate Bowl Scraper back and forth frequently to aid thorough mixing.
• Once ingredients are incorporated, rotate Bowl Scraper as needed to remove batter from Bowl sides. When batter is
fully mixed, stop Mixer and rotate Bowl Scraper several times, to remove batter from side of Bowl.
• For very thick mixtures, stop mixing, tilt Mixer Head up, and scrape all the way around Bowl. Tilt Mixer Head down to
continue mixing.
Flat Beater Tips
Flat Beater is used for most of your mixing needs. Use with Bowl Scraper to remove ingredients from sides of Bowl.
Use Flat Beater attachment to mix cakes, cookie dough, fudge, or potatoes.
Cookie dough is one of the thickest doughs to mix. Make it easier by following these tips:
• Have butter or margarine at room temperature.
• Add ingredients one at a time, thoroughly mixing after each addition.
• Add flour one cup at a time.
• If Mixer seems to struggle, increase speed setting.
