IDROCLEAN (some models only)
1. With the oven cold, remove all
accessories, pour 100 ml of drinking
water into the circular well on the oor
of the oven and switch on the Idroclean
function at 80 - 90 °C. Do not use
any type of detergent.
2. Run the function for at least 35
minutes, depending on the type of
dirt: the moisture generated inside the
oven will help remove the dirt.
3. Once the oven is completely cold,
wipe the inside of the oven with a damp
cloth to remove any residues, and use
a soft cloth to wipe any condensation
o the inside of the oven or the inside
of the door glass.
The Idroclean function provides quick,
everyday, detergent-free cleaning, but is
not a substitute for the more thorough
cleaning needed to remove baked-on
dirt: for this purpose, clean by hand, using
specic products. For best results, the
Idroclean function should be used after
each cooking cycle.
CAUTION: Never open the oven door or
top up the water in the well on the oor
of the oven when the Idroclean function
is in operation. Burns hazard!
