possibilities and follow below instructions before you contact an after sales service. See section
“15 - Customer service” on page 34.

Before maintenance, turn o the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

Electrical equipment should be serviced only by qualied electrical experts, because improper
repairs can cause considerable consequential damages.

A damaged power cable should only be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualied workers in order to avoid a hazard.

Abnormal heating Contact the customer service.

IoT conguration failure alarm Contact the customer service.
If the error codes appear again after taking measures, switch o the appliance, disconnect the
power supply and contact the customer service.
