Resetting the motor:

This unit owns a unique safety system that prevents damage to the motor and drive system if you overload it inadvertently. If the unit

is overloaded, the motor will be temporarily disabled. In case it happens, follow the reset procedure below. Unplug the unit from the

electrical socket. Allow the unit to cool down for approximately 15 minutes. Remove the container’s lid and blade assembly. Empty the

container and ensure no ingredients are jamming the blade assembly.

Note: Ensure that maximum capacities are not exceeded. This is the most typical cause of appliance overload.

ERROR CODE

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION

001 The lid / jug is not installed properly. Ensure that the lid / jug is installed in place.

002 The blade assembly is stuck. Add ingredients as suggested in the recipe.

003 The machine is overheated and enters a protective state.

Unplug the power supply and let it cool for 15 minutes

before working.

004 Wi-Fi cannot connect to the network. Reset Wi-Fi and check whether the network is normal.

Communication failure between display board and drive

Try resetting the rmware.
