PCB Overview
Main control board 12V
1. The input voltage of relay K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6 aects the strong electricity output of Electric heater, chassis heater,
four way valve and SV.
2. The input voltage of the electronic expansion valve and IC9, IC10, IC11, IC12 aects the output of the electronic
expansion valve CN2, CN3, CN16, CN17, CN18, CN19, and CN20.
3. Relay RY input voltage aect the relay PTC suction and there is a risk of PTC burn.
4. The input voltage of the IC19 aects the 5V voltage output.

Main control board 5V
1. The input voltage of the main chip IC18 and EE chip IC13 will aect the normal operation of the IC18 and IC13, and
some programs in main control board cannot be started or reset normally.
2. The input voltage of the dip switch loop aects the function selection of the DIP switch.
3. The optocoupler and the signal voltage of the triode between ODU and IDU aect the communication between ODU
and IDU.
4.The signal voltage of the module communication loop aects the communication between the main control board and
the inverter board
