Automatic start-up
If the AUTO-DETECT function is active, power supply will start
automatically after 3 seconds if a battery or contact is present
on the Gysash output (e.g.: vehicle without battery).

During supply mode, the Gysash indicates the voltage, current, elapsed
time and ampere-hours delivered.
3 Press the START/STOP button to stop the charge.
AUTO-SELECT MODE
This function automatically selects the mode and type of charge to be applied, depending on what is connected to the Gysash
output.
• Starting mode
To activate the mode, press the START/STOP button. Your Gysash is now ready to detect whatever is connected to its output.

If no contact is detected at the output, the device does not supply any voltage and displays «no contact» on the screen.
• Case 1: Connecting to a battery
When the Gysash detects the presence of a battery, it will run an algorithm for around 30 seconds to determine whether it is
a lead or lithium battery. Once the identication has been made, it automatically switches to Charge mode with the appropriate
prole (Lead or Lithium).
