BMW C7502654 - GYSPOT PTI GENIUS

To enable this mode, rst perform a weld without a load. Push the button (FIG 2 -11). The message «Do a spot without a load» is displayed on the

screen. Push the button again to calibrate. Once the calibration has been done, the machine displays the last values used in this mode for current

and energy. The use can then modify the welding current, energy and resistance. The duration of the weld will vary based on the time required for

the machine to reach the energy level required. If it is taking too long, the machine will display the error message «maximum duration reached».

Push the button

for 2 seconds to return to the AUTO mode.

SETTINGS MENU

Dit menu is toegankelijk door een druk op de toets gedurende 2 seconden.

De taal van de menu’s kan worden gekozen in lijn 1.

De datum en de tijd kunnen worden geprogrammeerd in lijn 2.

De modules GYSTEEL, CONSTRUCTEUR, AUTO, ENERGY, NORMAAL et MULTIPLAATWERK kunnen worden

geactiveerd/gedeactiveerd in dit menu.

daN regeling :

Deze instelling wordt gebruikt om de klemkracht van de klem tijdens het lassen te activeren of te regelen.

Module LIJM :

Op het scherm INSTELLINGEN hierboven kan de gebruiker de aanwezigheid van lijm tussen de te lassen onderdelen aangeven. Als de module LIJM

is geactiveerd, wordt een proefpunt gerealiseerd voor het laspunt. De duur van dit proefpunt is ingesteld in milliseconden, van 0 tot 400 ms, per stap

van 50 ms. Wanneer de module LIJM geselecteerd is, verschijnt de melding « GLUE » in de menu’s NORMAAL, HANDMATIG, MULTI of GYSTEEL.

ERROR MANAGEMENT

Various elements may produce errors. They can be split into 4 categories :

1/ Warning messages designed to warn the operator of overheating, lack of pressure or power, etc.

These messages are displayed on the screen and remain visible until a button is pressed.

2/ The faults that occur in relation to insucient air pressure or power supply.

3/ The serious faults that block the machine. In this case, contact the service department

machine is locked and the message «overheating» is displayed.

Low battery

The message «Battery low» is displayed when the machine is switched on and it indicates that the

battery on the command board is low. This battery is used to record the date and time when the

machine is switched o.
