SETUP
This chapter describes how to properly power up
and configure the GPP series before operation.
Power Up
Background
Make sure that the power source is shut off.
Use the AC power cable supplied with the
product.
Steps
1.Connect the AC power cord to
the rear panel socket.
Note
Before connecting the power
plug to an AC line outlet, make
sure the voltage selector
switches of the bottom panel in
the correct position. Disconnect
power cord and test leads before
replacing fuse. Refer to page 144
for more details.
2.Press the POWER switch on .If
used for the first time, the
default settings will appear on
the display, otherwise the GPP-
1000 recovers the state right
before the power was last turned
OFF.
Caution
Do not turn the power on and off quickly. Please
wait for the display to fully turn off.
