Theory of Operation
The theory of operation chapter describes the basic principles of
operation, protection modes and important considerations that must
be taken into account before use.
Operating Description
Background
The GPE-1000 power supplies are regulated DC
power supplies with a stable voltage and current
output. These operate within a switch automatically
between constant voltage and constant current
according to changes in the load.
Note
Suitable supply cord set for use with the equipment:
Mains plug: shall be national approval
Mains connector: C13 type
Cable:
1. Length of power supply cord: less than 3 m
2. Cross-section of conductors: at least 0.75
mm

3. Cord type: shall meet the requirements of
IEC 60227 or IEC 60245 (e.g.: H05VV-F,
H05RN-F)
Caution
If the equipment is used in a manner not specified by
the manufacturer, the protection provided by the
equipment may be impaired.
