Operation
Before using for the rst time, remove all packaging materials and adhesives from the
appliance. Clean the basket and rack with warm water, soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
Clean the outside of the appliance with a soft cloth.
Place the appliance in a suitable location on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from
areas that can be damaged by hot steam.
Insert the drip tray into the basket.
Place the food in the basket. Optionally you can add a small amount of water (15g-30g)
in the water injection area.
Connect the plug to a suitable socket and press the power button.
Choose a cooking programme by pressing the MENU button on the control panel.
Optionally, you can adjust the time and temperature. You can perform this operation at
any time while the selected programme is running.
- Press the time/temperature setting button once. The temperature will start ashing on
the display. Press the + / - buttons to adjust the temperature in 5°C intervals.
- Press the time / temperature set button again. The time will start ashing on the dis-
play. Press the + / - buttons to adjust the time (1-60 minutes) in 1 minute intervals.
Press the start / pause button to start cooking.
You can remove the basket during the process to monitor the cooking of the ingredients.
The appliance will automatically pause operation.
If you press the start/pause button for two seconds the cooking programme will be
cancelled.
NOTE: If the ingredients have not been cooked properly, you can reset the time and tem-
perature to cook again.
The appliance will continue with the programme. When it has nished, it will emit a war-
ning sound.
CAUTION: When removing the basket, hot steam may be released.
During cooking you can press the interior light on/off button to turn the light on or off
and make it easier to monitor the cooking process.
