You can monitor cooking at any time by opening the door. The appliance will stop and
display the text “OPEN”. If you close the door again, the appliance will resume cooking
at the same point at which it stopped.
CAUTION: When opening the door, hot steam may be released.
You can monitor cooking without opening the door by pressing the Interior Light button.
You can activate or deactivate the automatic shaft rotation by pressing the Rotation
function button.
When the cooking programme is nished, the appliance will emit a warning sound and
stop automatically. The appliance will also switch off automatically after 30 seconds of
inactivity.
Cooking guidelines
If the appliance is overlled, the ingredients will not cook evenly.
You can add a small amount of oil for crispier results (no more than two tablespoons).
Oil sprays are useful for spraying small amounts of oil over ingredients.
You can cook frozen food or ingredients for oven cooking.
Foods with high fat content may generate residues at the bottom of the basket. It is
recommended to remove excess fat to avoid smoke and residues.
Marinated foods may cause splatter and smoke.
