Warranty
Dear customer,
You receive a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase
on this appliance. If the appliance is defective, you have
statutory rights vis-à-vis the vendor of the appliance.
These statutory rights are not restricted by our warranty,
which is described below.
Warranty terms
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please
keep the original receipt in a safe place. This document is
required as the proof of purchase.
If a material or manufacturing defect occurs within 3 years
of the date of purchase, you will be sent a replacement part
or we will replace the appliance – as we choose – at no
charge. This warranty requires that the defective appliance
and the proof of purchase (receipt) are presented and that
the defect and when it occurred are briefly described in
writing or on the phone within the 3 year period.
If the defect is covered by our warranty, you will be sent
a replacement part or a new appliance. A new warranty
period does not begin with the delivery of the replacement
part or the replacement of the appliance.
Warranty period and statutory defect claims
The warranty period will not be renewed in the event of
warranty coverage. This also applies for parts that have
been replaced. Damages and defects that may already
be present at the time of purchase must be reported
immediately after unpacking the appliance. Replacement
parts delivered after the warranty period has expired are
subject to charge.
Warranty scope
The appliance was carefully manufactured in accordance
with strict quality guidelines and underwent an in-depth
inspection prior to shipping.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover parts of the appliance subject
to normal wear, which are therefore considered wearable
parts, e.g. grilling grates.
This warranty shall be forfeited if the appliance is damaged,
improperly used or maintained. All instructions listed in the
user manual must be followed exactly in order to ensure
proper use of the appliance. Purposes of use and actions,
which the user manual advises against or warns of, must
absolutely be avoided.
The appliance is only intended for private and not for
commercial use. The warranty shall be forfeited in the
event of misuse and improper handling, the use of force or
tampering not attributed to our authorised service centre.
Processing of warranty claims
To ensure that your claim is processed quickly, please
follow the notes below:
• Please have the receipt and article number handy
(tepro 1763) as proof of purchase for all enquiries.
• The article number can be obtained from the warning
label or user manual.
• If functional errors or other defects occur, first contact
the service department specified below by phone or
via e-mail. There, you will be informed about the further
course of action.
