Description Reason Solution
Washing machine
does not start
The door is not closed
properly.
Restart after closing the door.
Make sure that laundry is not blocking the
door.
The door cannot be
opened

Disconnect the power, restart the appliance
Water Leakage The connection between the
water supply hose or drain
hose and the tap or washing
machine is leaking.
Check and properly install attach water
hoses.
Clean the water drain hose.
Detergent residue in
the drawer
The detergent is damp or
lumpy
Clean and wipe the detergent drawer.
The indicator or dis-
play does not light up
There is no connection to
the electronics or the wires
do not connect properly.
Check that the power is not turned o and
that the power cord plug is properly inserted
into the socket.
Abnormal noise Make sure that the shipping bolts have been
removed.
Make sure the appliance is placed on a solid,
level oor.
