Using Manual Mode
You can blend ingredients at your own speed and for your own length of time
using the on/off/speed knob.
1. Ensure the on/off/speed knob is in the Off position.
2. Add all ingredients in the jar and secure the lid. The lid must be secure or
the blender will not work.
CAUTION: Do not exceed the MAX line when adding ingredients to the jar.
3. Secure the jar on the base.
4. Plug in the blender.
5. Rotate the on/off/speed knob to the On position. All four buttons on the
control panel will illuminate.
6. Rotate the on/off/speed knob to your preferred speed between Min and
Max. The blender begins to work.
CAUTION: Never remove the jar from the base while the blender is on.
Always turn off the blender first.
7. Change the speed mid-blend by rotating the on/off/speed knob. Rotate
the on/off/speed knob to the Off position to stop blending at any time.
8. You may add more ingredients by carefully opening the lid cap /
measuring cup and dropping ingredients through the lid hole. Replace the
lid cap when you are done.
9. When finished, turn the on/off/speed knob to the Off position..
10. Unplug the blender, remove the jar from the base, remove the lid, and
pour.
CAUTION: To prevent overheating, do not operate the blender for more than 3
minutes continuously. Always wait 30 minutes before using the blender again.
Using Pulse Mode
Press and hold the PULSE button to maximize the blender’s speed and power.
When the PULSE button is pressed, the blender begins working. When the
PULSE button is released, the blender stops working.
Note: Pulse mode does not function while using manual mode.
CAUTION: To prevent overheating, do not operate the blender for more than 3
minutes continuously. Always wait 30 minutes before using the blender again.
