After use, switch off the hob element by its control and do not
rely on the pan detector.
The appliance may only be connected to the power mains by
an authorized service technician or expert. Tampering with the
appliance or nonprofessional repair thereof may result in risk
of severe injury or damage to the product.
1.1 Extraction use
Local regulations concerning the discharge of air have to be
fulfilled.
ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Avoid the risk of electric shock; make sure the appliance is
switched off before cleaning the appliance.
Do not use the extraction unit if the grease filter has not been
fitted properly!
To prevent hot fat from catching fire, you should only deep-fry
under continuous supervision.
Follow the instructions in the manual for cleaning or replacing
the grease filters and/or carbon filters!
DANGER OF FIRE!
There is a risk of fire if the instructions for cleaning or
replacing grease filters and/or carbon filters are not followed.
Grease deposits in the metal grease filters can cause a fire.
Never flambé on a cooking zone with the extractor switched
on. The high flames can cause a fire. Always use the appliance
with the metal grease filter. Clean the grease filter regularly.
