Monitoring unit fault
No� Fault Cause Solutions
1 Stop Button On
The emergency
stop button on the
inverter is pressed.
Check whether the emergency stop button is
pressed. If the button is pressed, release it.
Contact the dealer or the after-sales service if
the problem persists.

Internal
Communication
Fault
The communication
between the
monitoring unit
module and one
or more of the
MPPT modules,
DC conversion
modules, or DC-
AC conversion
modules is
abnormal.
1. Identify the module with abnormal com-
munication via the LCD.
2. Power o the inverter and unscrew the
module to replug it. Make sure that the
module is installed securely. Tighten the
screws of the module.
3. Power on the inverter and check whether
the module can work properly via LCD.
Contact the dealer or the after-sales ser-
vice if the problem persists.
3 Remote Turn O
The remote
shutdown
communication
port connection on
the inverter is in a
disconnected state.
1. Check if the remote shutdown control
switch is closed.
2. Check if the remote shutdown
communication port wiring of the inverter
is normal.

Neutral Line
Loss
Neutral cables are
not connected
well on AC side or
just an occasional
failure.
Check if the AC circuit or switch is
disconnected.

Error parallel
setting
The number of
working parallel
machines or the
rated total power
of total working
machine is greater
than the setted
parellel value
Match the number of parallel devices and the
rated total power with the set value

Master setup
error
There are multiple
masters machine
on the system
Make sure the conguration in the parallel
environment only have one master machine
