6.3 Use of 230 V AC outputs
Use only devices that are equipped either with safety plug or european cable
connectors�
1� Turnthevoltageconverteron(ON).
2� Make sure that the device to be connected is switched off�
3� Connect the plug of the device to be connected with the 230 V AC out-
put (7) of the voltage converter�
6.4 Use of the 5 V USB DC output
Material damage
Do not connect memory sticks, MP3 player or similar external data storage de-
vices�
1� Turnthevoltageconverteron(ON).
2� Connect a USB device to the USB 5 V DC connector (8)�
The DC Output USB 5 V of the voltage converter provides 5 V DC power
for USB devices such as lights, fans and radios.
The DC Output USB 5 V of the voltage converter does not support data
transmission.
7 Fan
To save energy, the fan only works when
○ the load is > 30% of the rated power of the voltage converter
○ and/or the internal temperature of the voltage converter is > 60 °C�
