Sour cream ½ cup ½ cup

Method of Preparation:
"Marinade sh with butter and sour cream for 15 minutes.
Step 1: Put the marinade sh in a microwave oven safe bowl and cover with lid then select category, enter weight,
press start.
Step 2: When the oven beeps, press start to preheat the oven.
Step 3: Sprinkle with bread-crumbs and grated cheese over sh and put in on high rack and press start. Garnish
with parsley. Serve hot."
