2.07 Final Installation ‐ continued
1. Confirm that both hood and cooking appliances are
properly wired and that installation of the fire suppression
system is complete.
2. Ensure that the hood is located in the final operating
location.
3. Level the hood side to side, front to back and corner to
corner. Adjust the leveling legs by rotating the lower foot
portion of the leg ... turning to the right shortens, turning
to left lengthens.
4 After leveling, use appropriated technique and hardware
to anchor hood to the floor. Floor plates on the front legs
are used for this purpose.
