4. Pans of product will simply rest on the grid channels. The above shows some typical arrangements, but many differ
ent pan layouts that can be created. Enough pan dividers are provided with the unit to setup either configuration
#2 or #3. Additional dividers can be purchased separately.
NOTE:
Do not to leave any gaps between the pans ... spaces result in heat loss.
5. Close the front glass and/or rear doors.
4.01 Pan Installation - continued
Pans are customer‐supplied, NOT included with warmer. All models will accept standard steam table pans of various
sizes & pan depths between 2‐1/2” to 4” [63.5 mm to 101.6 mm].
