2.06 Restraining Device (Customer Supplied)
The fryer placed under this hood must be secured so that it cannot move from under the hood. The following diagram
shows an example of a typical suitable restraining device. It must be appropriate for the appliance being used & will
vary depending on the make & model of fryer. Restraining device is not supplied with the hood.
Note: Be sure to maintain minimum & maximum clearances (see
Section 2.04.2 or 2.04.3 after the Restraining Device is installed.)
