TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
(For cord model) The vacuum
cleaner does not work.
Switch is not pressed. Press the switch.
Device is not plugged in. Insert the plug into the socket.
Lack of electricity. Check power line.
(For battery model) The vacu-
um cleaner does not work (for
24V model).
Discharged battery. Recharge the battery.
The battery is not inserted
correctly.
Check of battery is inserted
correctly.
Battery exhausted. Replace the battery.
Charger not working. The charger must be checked
by a specialist.
The intake is not satisfactory. Paper bag is full. Replace dust collection bag.
Filter elements are blocked. Clean the filter elements.
Accessories or hoses
blocked.
Check and clean the hose and
nozzle.
LED 1, LED 2 and LED 4 ash
briey on the battery every 15
sec.
Battery overvoltage - wire
breakage.
Replace the battery.
The warning light lights up per-
manently on the charger and
the battery is not recharged.
Temperature too high/too low. If the battery temperature is
between 0°C and 50°C, the
charging process starts auto-
matically.
The warning light flashes on
the charger.
The battery is faulty. Immediately remove the bat-
tery from the charger.
The battery has not been t-
ted correctly on the slide cou-
pling.
Mount the battery correctly on
the slide coupling.
