Removing/cleaning the lter
1. Release the lock below the suction opening and pull the dust container downwards out of the main appliance
(see Fig. F).
2. Remove the filter unit (see Fig. G).
3. Remove the MIF filter (fabric-like disc with silicone edge).
4. The MIF filter can be cleaned under running water if necessary (see Fig. H).
5. The cyclone filter (plastic filter) can be cleaned under running water. You can disassemble it into 2 parts for easier
cleaning. To do this, hold the cuff and turn the lower part anti-clockwise.
6. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling them.
7. Put the filter unit back into the dust container and push it into the main appliance (see Fig. I).
Cleaning the HEPA lter
1. Remove the covers on the top of the main unit.
2. Remove the HEPA filter (outer ring). The white, round part in the centre cannot be removed.
3. There is an additional sponge filter around the outside of the HEPA filter.
4. The sponge filter can be washed out under running water if necessary. Allow it to dry completely before reinserting it.
5. Thoroughly tap out the HEPA filter.
6. Reattach the sponge filter to the HEPA filter, reinsert the rings into the main unit and attach the cover.
7. The HEPA filter should be replaced if necessary.
Cleaning the brush rollers
1. To remove the brush roll, release the lock on the underside of the motorised electric brush and remove the brush roll.
2. Wipe the brush roll and remove any hair and dirt.
3. Do not clean the brush roll when wet: wipe with a damp cloth if necessary.
4. Replace the brush roller into the housing and snap the cover into place
Troubleshooting

Switch o the appliance and disconnect the mains plug before addressing any
faults! Failure to do so may result in injury or electric shock.
Problem Possible causes Solution
Appliance isn‘t working. Battery is empty. Charge the battery.
Brush roller is blocked. Clean the brush roller and remove debris such as hair
and bres if necessary.
Battery will not charge. Device or power supply unit is
not correctly connected to a
socket.
Connect the mains adaptor correctly to a functioning
power socket.
Suction power
decreases.
Suction opening on the container
is blocked.
Clean the suction opening on the hand-held appliance
and check the suction tube for any dirt.
Dust container is full. Empty the dust container.
Filters are dirty. Clean the lters, replace the HEPA lter if necessary.
