Problem Possible causes Problem solving
The appliance is not working. The battery is at. Charge the battery of the appliance.
The charging indicator does
not light up.
The power adapter is not correctly
plugged into the socket or the appliance.
Make sure that the power adapter is
correctly plugged into the socket and the
mains plug is correctly plugged into the
charging socket.
Poor suction power. The HEPA lter is clogged. Clean the lter.
The battery is at. Charge the battery of the appliance.
The dust container is full. Empty the dust container.
No spray mist The water tank is empty. Fill the water tank.
There is air in the water pipe. Press and hold the spray button for some
time so that the air is pressed out of the
pipe.
Disposal

materials)
Old appliances must not be disposed of with household waste!
If the appliance can no longer be used, every consumer is legally obliged to dispose of old appliances
separately from household waste, e.g. at a collection point in their municipality/neighbourhood. This
ensures that old appliances are recycled properly and negative eects on the environment are avoided.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste!
As a consumer, you are legally obliged to take all batteries and rechargeable batteries, regardless of
whether they contain harmful substances* or not, to a collection point in your municipality/neighbour-
hood or to a retailer so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Return the
complete appliance (with the battery) to your collection point only when it is discharged!
*labelled with: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead

human beings. Material recycling helps to reduce the consumption of raw materials. For more information on the
