Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Solution
The handheld vacuum
cleaner is not showing any
sign of function.
The battery is discharged.
Charge the battery of the handheld vacuum
cleaner (see “Charging the handheld vacuum
cleaner”).
The ambient light does
not light up when
charging.
The power supply unit is not
correct connected to the socket
or charging station.
Ensure that the mains adapter is correctly
plugged into the socket and properly connected
to the charging station.
The suction performance
is poor.
The HEPA lter is blocked.
Clean the lters (see “Cleaning”).
The battery is discharged.

The dust container is full.
Empty the dust container (see “Emptying the
