Number of entry steps
• Calculation operations can be composed of up to 79
steps.
• Every number key as well as + - x ÷ is counted each time
it is pressed.
• Pressing SHIFT and ALPHA is not counted.
SHIFT nPr only counts as one key.
• After the entry of the 73rd step, the cursor switches the
warning from _ to ■.
• The Ans key can be used to include the most recently
displayed result into a calculation.
Corrections during entry
• Use the ← and → keys to control the cursor.
The activated figure flashes.
• Press DEL to delete the figure in front of the cursor.
• Press SHIFT INS to insert figures. The cursor changes to
□. If you enter new figures, the old figures will remain. In
this case, they are not overwritten. Press the SHIFT Ins or
= key again to end this form of entry.
6.1 Playback from standard calculation
memory
The standard calculation memory has a size of approx.
128 k bit. Values remain even after pressing AC.
1. Entered formulas can be accessed with the ↑↓ keys.
(↑ most recent is showed first.)
2. Press the ← and → keys to switch the entry mode. The
formula from the memory can be edited.
• Press the ← and → keys and the first figure of the entry
is activated directly after the entry. Activate the desired
position with the arrow keys and overwrite the active
value. Press = to display the new result.
• The standard calculation memory is deleted if
