COP CAR: Simulates the flashing lights of an
emergency vehicle with alternating flashing
red, blue, and white lights.
DIM (Intensity): From 0% to 100%
(default: 100%)
STL (Style): 1. Blue+Red, 2. Blue+White 3.

PTTN (Pattern): 1. Single flash, 2. Double
flash, 3. Triple flash (default: 2)
PAPARAZZI: Simulates multiple camera
flashes with short bursts of white light with
varying lengths.
