Displays a list of available RS-232 / Telnet commands

specic command can be displayed when using param1.
Syntax:

Parameters:
param1 Command name (optional)
Example:
#help #sipadd
#SIPADD PARAM 1
SET THE IP ADDRESS
PARAM 1 = XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
WHERE XXX: 0 - 255
