Updating Firmware
1. Download the latest rmware from Gefen’s Downloads page.
2. In the Sender/Reciever unit’s web interface, click the System tab.
3. Click the Update Firmware rollout.
4. Click Choose File to open the le selection window, then select the rmware le you
downloaded. The rmware update le is in a “*.bin” format, which is extracted from a
“*.zip” format le.
5. Click Upload to begin the rmware update process. After the rmware has been
updated, the device will reboot.
Tip: We recommend that rmware updates be managed by Gefen’s GF-AVIP-MC Matrix
Controller.
Preview image
Preview Image is located under the System tab.
This provides a snapshot preview of the Transmitter
that is being accessed or the Receiver that shows
the routed source.
