You can use this feature two ways:

Express Cook
Thisisaquickwaytosetcookingtimefor1–5minutes.
Press one of the Express Cook pads (from 1 to 5) for 1 to 5 minutes of cooking at power
level 10.Forexample,pressthe2 pad for 2 minutes of cooking time.
The power level can be changed as time is counting down. Press POWER LEVEL and enter
1–10.
Melt
Use the Melt feature to melt certain preprogrammed foods:
1. Press Melt.
2. Press one of the Express Cook Pads (from 1 to 4) to select the food you wish to melt.
3. Enter an amount (from 1 to 4) for food selected:
