Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE)
Electrical and electronic devices contain
materials and substances that can have
damaging eects on human health and the environment.
This symbol indicates that this device must not be treated
as unsorted municipal waste but must be collected
separately. Dispose of the device via a collection point for
the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment
within the EU, UK and in other European countries that
operate separate collection systems for waste electrical
and electronic equipment. By disposing of the device in
the proper manner, you help to avoid possible hazards for
the environment and public health that could otherwise be
caused by improper treatment of waste equipment. The
recycling of materials contributes to the conservation of
natural resources.
Setting up
1
Place the machine on a stable and safe place before
using.
Binding
1
By referring to the document size guide on the base of
the binding machine, choose an appropriate diameter
coil and feed 3 or 4 holes into the document.
2
Using the Coil inserter by turning it on with the power
button on top of the machine (g. D) feed into the
document the remainder of the coil automatically (g.
E).
3
Once fully fed into the document, crimp and cut the
excess coil with the provided coil crimpers.
Punching
1
With the handle in the upright position, insert sheets
into machine, making sure they are ush into the
machine. Use the side guide to adjust the position of
the document before punching (g. A).
2
Pull the handle down to punch. Return the handle to
original upright position. Remove paper (g. B).
Note: The black knob on the left side of the machine is
used to select the margin depth. This feature is ideal for
thicker documents that require wider margins for easy
page turning and more secure binding (g. C).
Maintenance
Always remember to regularly empty the drawer of
clippings.
