BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Clean all parts of the appliance as described in chapter "After use". Let all parts

dry thoroughly.

2. The appliance is now ready to be used.

OPERATION

NOTES

• The appliance is equipped with a safety switch which prevents the appliance

from turning on if the blending jar is not assembled correctly.

• When the speed bar lights up in the cyclic order of 1 bar,1+2 bars,1+2+3

bars, it is alarmed that the motor is running at ultra-low speed and needs to be

sped up. In this case, pull the power plug out of the socket. Then check whether

there is any obstruction in the blending jar and remove it, or take a part of the

food out if the jar is overfilled.

• If the blade unit does not turn or only turns slowly, pull the power plug out of the

socket. Check whether there is any obstruction in the blending jar and remove

it. Check whether the blade unit is positioned correctly and can move freely.

• If the blade unit does not reach its full speed within a few seconds, pull the

power plug out of the socket and take a part of the food out before continuing

operation.

Always pause or stop operation if you want to add ingredients during blending.

•

Never extend your hands into the blending jar when the appliance is connected

to the power supply.

• If necessary, move food back to the middle of the blending jar with a silicone

srcaper only when the operation is paused or stopped.

• An even blending of food is achieved by filling in pieces of the same size and

not overfilling the blending jar beyond the Max marking.

• When using the Puree or Soup program, only foods with a long cooking time

like potatoes, lentils etc. have to be cooked beforehand.

• Always hold the blending jar by the handle!

• The blending jar is made of BPA-free Tritan. It is characterized by its break

resistance and has a side handle, a refill opening and a measuring scale in

liters and oz. It is tasteless and odorless, lightweight, heat-resistant up to 95°C

and extremely stable. The material contains no plasticizers in the form of BPA

(bisphenol-A) and is very easy to clean. Compared to glass containers, the

Tritan blending jar is ideal because it is much more elastic and can withstand the

forces acting on the surface at speeds of up to 40,000 rpm. If the blending jar

were made of glass, the glass could shatter with harder ingredients as it would

not be able to compensate for the forces that occur during high-speed blending.
