Problem Possible cause Solution

Moldy food.

Dry food has been placed at room

temperature for too long after

cooling and water has re-entered

the food.

Check the food carefully after removing it

from the appliance and then transfer it into a

storage container quickly.

Storage container is not airtight. Use airtight storage containers.

Food was placed in the storage

container while it was still hot.

Let the food cool down completely before

transferring it to the storage container.

Brown spots appear on

vegetables.

Drying temperature too high.

Vegetables are too dry.

Dry food at the right temperature and check

the dehydration state of the food frequently.

Food sticks to the trays.

Food has not been flipped during

drying process.

Turn the food over every 2 hours.

Overheating protection

When the appliance is about to overheat, it turns off automatically to prevent

damage. In this case, disconnect the appliance from the electrical supply and let it

cool down completely before using it again.

Fuse

There is a fuse installed in the appliance inlet, and one spare fuse. If the

appliance does not turn on, check if the fuse is blown. If yes, replace it with the

spare.
