5. Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage. If the

supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its

service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external

timer or separate remote-control system.

7. Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact with food,

please refer to chapter “After use”.

8. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar

applications such as:

•

staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;

• farm houses;

•

by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;

• bed and breakfast type environments.

9. The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided

with the appliance.

10. Do not operate the appliance for more than 24 hours continuously.

After 24 hours, disconnect it from the mains supply and let it cool

down for at least 2 hours before using it again.

11. Never use accessories other than those supplied with the appliance.

They could pose a safety risk to the user and might damage the

appliance. Only use original parts and accessories.

12. WARNING! Misuse may lead to injury. Use this appliance solely

in accordance with these instructions. Do not attempt to modify the

appliance in any way.

the appliance yourself. In case of malfunction, repairs are to be

conducted by qualified personnel only.

14. Protect the appliance against dust, direct sunlight, dripping and

splashing water.
