Positioning the lower rail
1.
attach the lower handlebar to the mower using the wing screws.
2.
then attach the upper handlebar to the lower handlebar using the quick-release clamps.
3.
use the cable clamps to guide the cable close to the handlebar so that it does not get
caught anywhere and is not damaged.

Note:
To ensure that the quick release closes tightly, you can change the position on
the thread by turning it anti-clockwise or clockwise until the correct position
for a tight closure is found.
