AirFry function

The AirFry function or frying of food in the oven, thanks to

a perfectly distributed air flow, promises to cook crunchy

and perfectly cooked food with very little oil and, in some

cases, without oil. Eating healthy, cooking dishes in a tasty

way and without exaggerating with fats and condiments, is

possible.

AirFry by Fulgor Milano allows you to set the function and

temperaturefromthecontrolpanel,from150to290°C,with

adefaulttemperatureof180°C.Thespecialtray,supplied

or sold separately, is equipped with small openings which

allow the air to circulate uniformly throughout the oven.
