2. If an end cooking time has been selected, press until the icon » « flashes.
Turn the time down to 0 and press . Now the baking procedure is cancelled.
Timer:
1. Press so the icon » « on the display and then use the adjustment knob to set
the timer.
2. Wait 5 seconds or press to start the timer.
When the time is up, the alarm will sound and the display will be flashing. Press any button
to stop the alarm.
NOTE: The longest timer that can be set is 23:59 hours.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTIONS
CONVECTION
This is the classic, traditional type of oven where the upper and lower heating elements are
switched on. This function can be used for most cooking applications, but is especially
suitable for baking cakes. With the CONVECTION function, you should only use one baking
tray or rack at a time, otherwise the heat distribution will be uneven. By placing the tray or
rack at different shelf heights, you can balance the amount of heat between top and
bottom depending on whether you need more or less heat from the top or bottom.
FAST COOKING
The upper and lower heating elements and fan switch on to ensure a constant heat that is
evenly distributed throughout the oven. This function is recommended for quick heating of
small frozen or already cooked items, for example.
MULTI COOKING
The top, bottom and rear heating elements as well as the fan switch on to ensure a
constant heat that is evenly distributed throughout the oven. This function is suitable for
food that needs to be browned on the surface. Furthermore, the function is suitable for
cooking on several trays/racks at the same time, as long as the cooking time is identical.
The fan also means that you can typically use a lower temperature setting than with the
CONVECTION function.
PIZZA
The top and rear heating elements and the fan are switched on. This ensures that the heat
comes mainly from the bottom and is therefore suitable for cooking, for example, pizza.
As the heat distribution is not as even as with MULTI COOKING or FAST COOKING, it is
recommended to use only one tray/rack at a time.
